Best Use of Lunch Time

Generally I carry my own lunch to office, and have my lunch with other colleagues. But few weeks ago,  I could not carry my own lunch for almost a week. Off course, I had my lunch in near by restaurant. (It was good change, but that is not the point of this post 🙂 ) But my other colleagues continued to bring their own lunch, so I had to go out alone. How did I make the most of it ?

Gemba Kaizen®

Kaizen

Gemba means “Work place”
Kaizen means “Continuous improvement”.
Muda means “Wasteful activity”

Don’t wait till the New Year

The New Year is upon us, and everyone will be making new year resolution. Most follow through, for few weeks (some, for few months) and then back to their usual self, till end of 2008.  I don’t mean to imply that I never had that problem. I did, when I used to make New Year resolutions. I don’t any more. I mean, I don’t make new year resolutions any more. That brings me to the title of this post.
